All our villas are constructed using solid CLT (cross-laminated timber) panels and insulated with advanced wood fiber insulation from Steico. This high-performance building system has been specifically engineered for the Spanish coastal climate, taking into account high summer temperatures, humidity during cooler seasons, and the unique environmental conditions of the Costa Blanca region.
We work exclusively with premium material suppliers such as Steico, Pro Clima, Rothoblaas, and other industry leaders to ensure exceptional quality, durability, and healthy living environments. Our homes are built using natural, breathable materials, making them allergy-friendly and suitable even for people with asthma or sensitive skin.

The Mini Villa Naranja offers 75 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, including three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious living area, and additional storage. The home can also be complemented with a garage, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, or guest house, all designed in a consistent architectural style.
Flexibility is key—this villa concept can be customized and expanded from 75 m² up to 300 m², tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Both façade and interior finishes can be selected from a wide range of high-quality options.
House main structure:
80 mm CLT elements (walls, roof, and inside walls) combined with glulam posts and beams
Proclima vapour barrier membrane (roofs and external walls)
Steico 100 mm insulation (external walls) and 200 mm (roof)
Exterior:
It is possible to use different plasters, natural facade stone, or cement-fiber facade boards.
Interior:
Natural CLT wooden surfaces (oiled or painted). Also possible to use Fermacell boards and/or plaster.
Tiled floors in all rooms (different tile types available)
Windows: Triple-glazed PVC windows and sliding doors with solar protection film

The standard house has a floor area of 75 m², plus a terrace area.
The house includes three bedrooms (two smaller rooms and one larger master bedroom).
There is a bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
The house size can be customized and modified (floor plan, placement of windows and doors, overall dimensions, etc.).
This model can be built in different sizes, ranging from 75 to 300 m².
Various interior and exterior design options are available.
It is also possible to order additional buildings together with the house, such as a garage, pool, guest house, separate studio, or outdoor kitchen.
