He has played a key role in numerous cutting-edge projects, particularly in the development and implementation of CLT (cross-laminated timber) and massive wood housing systems. Throughout his career, Allan has collaborated closely with leading CLT and element house factories, gaining deep technical insight and practical expertise in sustainable and high-performance timber construction.
Vitali Kornõljev (Construction Manager)
Vitali Kornõljev brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in building and producing element and modular houses across Europe. With a strong background in both private and public construction projects, Vitali has developed deep expertise in every stage of the building process — from foundations to rooftops.
As Armentel's Construction Manager, he oversees all construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency. His passion for construction and practical problem-solving make him a key figure in guiding and managing on-site operations, and delivering homes that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Mait Aus (Engineering Manager)
Mait Aus has spent the last 10 years specializing in the design and development of CLT and massive wood house solutions. With a strong background in timber engineering, Mait focuses on private and residential buildings, bringing both technical precision and creative thinking to every project. His innovative approach allows him to craft unique architectural solutions tailored to each client's needs.
